They MUST put your name on the application as a referral/friend

During the interview, they must tell the Sales manager that you referred them
1, 2, 3... That's it!
If they are hired you will be paid as stated below. Remember, we will not pay the referral fee if you are not listed on the applicants documents as a referral/friend or we are not told at the time of interview.
**No exceptions will be made
Payment Breakdown
$750.00 (Total) will be paid
$250.00 - When referral starts or gets a PA Sales License
$250.00 - After 90 days of referral's employment
$250.00 - After 6 months
Customer Referrals
Effective January 3, 2020

Conicelli will pay up to a $100 referral fee for "Customer to Customer" and "Employee to Customer" referrals.

Customer must be "New, first-time buyer" (unless the customer has not purchased a vehicle from Conicelli within the last six years)

$100 will be paid to ASM's for referring a "New, first-time customer"

$50 will be paid to ASM's for referring a repeat Service Department customer during the time a customer is in for service work

No referral fees will be paid to employees purchasing a new/used vehicle
*Referral fees will not be paid to repeat customers who have purchased from Conicelli within the last six years because we feel our staff does a great job of retaining our customer base

For every referral you MUST contact one of the Sales Managers listed below PRIOR to the customer coming in to negotiate purchase

All employee referral e will be paid through Conicelli's payroll

For all "mini-deals" ($125) salespersons are not responsible for splitting referral fee

Salespersons a not eligible to receive referral fees

Sales Managers responsible for approving the customer/employee referral for must see to it that they are submitted within two weeks after the salesperson receives their Commission Statement

If not submitted within this time-frame, the salesperson will be responsible for the entire amount of the referral
